About Us

We publish, operate, and support mobile apps, and we provide product and engineering services to select partners. Our core capabilities include product design, mobile development, backend engineering, trust and safety, analytics, and responsible growth. End-user payments for our own consumer apps are processed by Apple and Google under their policies. We do not charge end users directly, and we do not run escrow or custodial wallets.

For client work, we scope engagements transparently, deliver in milestones, and bill by invoice via bank transfer. We only accept projects that comply with applicable laws and app-store policies; we do not build apps in prohibited categories (e.g., explicit adult content, solicitation, illegal activity).

Business model

Software publisher operating Social Networking and Lifestyle mobile apps. We also provide mobile app development and advisory services to select business clients. No user-to-user payments. Explicit content and solicitation prohibited.

How we get paid

Consumer apps: Subscriptions and in-app purchases via Apple and Google. Stores disburse proceeds to us. We do not charge end users directly.

Client services: Invoice-based billing, paid by bank transfer according to agreed milestones.

Typical account usage

Incoming: Periodic Apple and Google payouts; client invoice payments.

Outgoing: Vendor payments for engineering and development, community operations and marketing contractors, cloud hosting, analytics and software subscriptions, and advertising on major platforms. No cash, no cheques, no crypto.
